Timing is everything today. I need to sleep for 2 hours, then drive my mom and sister to work. After that head over to Tim Hortons, grab my morning coffee and head home. Once I get home workout, protein shake and hit the books.

Clean up and shower then its off to work. After work I then go to the Orthodontist to pick up my final retainer then its off to home. I print out screening forms for Church and fill it out. Head to Church for 6pm for a quick meeting and I’m back home for more studying.

Hope it works out, time for my 2 hour nap.
